Hotdip Galvanizing Process

  • 1. Surface Preparation

We begin with meticulous cleaning and preparation of the metal surface to remove any contaminants, ensuring optimal adhesion of the plating material.

  • 2. Hot-Dip Galvanizing

The cleaned steel is then immersed in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C (842°F). This creates a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel, forming a series of zinc-iron alloy layers topped by a layer of pure zinc.

  • 3. Cooling and Inspection

After galvanizing, the steel is cooled and undergoes a detailed inspection. We measure coating thickness, check for uniformity, and ensure there are no defects, guaranteeing that each piece meets our high standards.
