Zinc Plating Service
Affordable rust protection for everyday parts. Zinc forms a protective barrier that sacrifices itself to protect your steel. Perfect for fasteners, brackets, and hardware that face normal weather conditions.
We begin with meticulous cleaning and preparation of the metal surface to remove any contaminants, ensuring optimal adhesion of the plating material.
The cleaned steel is then immersed in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C (842°F). This creates a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel, forming a series of zinc-iron alloy layers topped by a layer of pure zinc.
After galvanizing, the steel is cooled and undergoes a detailed inspection. We measure coating thickness, check for uniformity, and ensure there are no defects, guaranteeing that each piece meets our high standards.
